This bespoke custom executive desk, designed here in Maine in 1993, is one of my favorites. I have personally made 20 versions of this desk over the years for clients as far away as Brussels and San Francisco. Most have been in cherry with black leather, but other wood species and leather colors can be combined very successfully. The desk includes three shallow drawers over the knee-well, ebony wire access grommets through the top, and a hidden wire-management unit. The inspiration for this design is the architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright, particularly the front facade of his Wards Willets House.
