This contemporary dining table will seat six to eight people. The tiled center insert is optional but is a very functional feature. The edge detailing is derivative of Mayan architecture and copies my Mayan Lamp designs. The chairs are my Beijing Chairs. The curly maple base has a silver metallic finish. The cherry top is three wide matched boards from the same log. The Mayan Revival of the early 20th Century was one of several influences on Frank Lloyd Wright's work from that time.
