As with any custom bed, the final dimensions will depend on the mattress and box spring size as well as other restrictions that the bedroom may impose. This is a classic Arts & Crafts bed with a Mackintosh-inspired Glasgow Style inlay of my design in the head- and footboards. This bed is shown in fumed quarter-sawn white oak. The bed is securely assembled with four special bolts and a wrench that I supply. Shown here in Queen size. This bed was also a feature article which I wrote for Fine Woodworking magazine.
