I developed this design in 1991 as part of a Maine Arts Commission project which I won. This design has been copied quite often by others. Designed to complement several of my dining tables, this chair features a fully cushioned leather seat, as well as a sloped and curved back for comfort. In 1999, a set purchased by Disney films made a brief appearance in the film Bicentennial Man. Shown in cherry with black leather seats; other wood and upholstery options are available.
