A contemporary bespoke chair design with a grid-work back designed to complement my Square Tiled Pedestal Table. The allusion to Chinese furniture details in the pewter inlaid crest rail and incised scroll in the feet bridge the distance between past and present allowing this design to work in a contemporary, traditional or eclectic interior. The grid-work back running from the crest rail to the floor makes a striking design statement. This grid-work is also slightly flexible making for a very comfortable dining chair. Shown in cherry with pewter inlay and a black leather upholstered seat. Other upholstery options can be requested.
