Since 2002, as my schedule allows, I occasionally teach furniture design and
and construction at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport,
Maine. Next teaching date June 2009. (www.woodschool.org).
I will be giving a brief talk at the Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford, Ct. on Friday, October 24th at noon.
This talk is in conjunction with the new exhibit, ‘At Home with Gustav Stickley; Arts & Crafts from
the Stephen Gray Collection,’ showing from October 11, 2008 to January 4, 2009. (www.wadsworthatheneum.org).
I have also taught the Furniture Making Jan Plan course at Colby College in
Waterville, Maine; January 2006 and January 2007.
