    This stool design is a direct descendent of the Chinese Room chair of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and, consequently, a perfect seating compliment to that chair. The cushioned seat, as with all of my fine furniture and luxury chairs, is made with a proper upholsterers webbing over an ash frame with high density foam. Not a simple plywood slab with foam. It is only available in an ebonized cherry version.
